08 - 09 June 2022

As the world and businesses have gone through massive changes, so have employees.  With what seems to be a never-ending crisis, rapidly shifting business priorities, digital disruption, and shifts to hybrid work, the L&D function has been presented with substantial challenges.  We know that the importance of learning cannot be over emphasised and is critical for the success of the business.  The role of the Learning leader and the learning function as a whole has new meaning.  While this may at times seem daunting, it is an exciting for learning professionals.  With increasing dependence on technology, everything going online as well as millennial generations no longer wanting to be dependent on one organisation for growth – this has a major impact in the way that Learning functions today.  There is an urgent need to relook at the tools and systems that organisations have in place to support the learning and development of their workforce. In addition, there is also a need for mindsets and mentalities to change around what exactly L&D is and looks like. An overhaul is needed to enable employees to not only survive but thrive in the post-pandemic world.  We now know that tech won’t create the learning organisation you are looking for if your leaders at the top are not modelling the behaviour.

According to the recent Gartner 2022 research, building critical skills and competencies is the number 1 priority for leaders.  As with Research by Bersin (2022) and the Future Work 2021 Study, research uncovers that these are the biggest issues facing Leaders today:

  • Upskilling learning and development team members

  • Innovating corporate learning

  • Building a culture of lifelong learning

  • Cleaning up and integrating all L&D technologies and tools.

Building a learning organisation, future-proofing employees, upskilling, reskilling and developing a culture of continuous learning is vital for all businesses to thrive in 2022. As organizations of all sizes continue to work out what #hybridwork looks like, it’s crucial that we in L&D try and figure out what it means for us.

It is clear that we need to radically rethink our approach to reskilling and workforce learning.  Join us at the annual Learning and Development Conference where we will explore and provide real world solutions to some of L&D’s pressing challenges such as building skills at scale, developing diverse and inclusive leaders, delivering training that drives productivity, and leveraging new tech tools enhance learning. Hearing from other leaders will help you navigate a fast-changing landscape and prepare for the future of work by making your people a competitive advantage.

The conference will put a spotlight on how your peers are adapting and planning for the future. Join the conversations! It will be a powerful, packed, two-days of connecting, sharing and exploring how to build sustainable, and relevant learning experiences for a future-fit workforce.

About the course

The Certification course has everything you need to grow your skills and give you the knowledge and resources to guide others. The workshop provides in-depth training and application of the Enneagram for individual and team-based development approach.

The Enneagram has, over the past decades, proved to be one of the most powerful tools in the development and coaching environment. The use of the Enneagram not only fast-tracks insight, growth and integration, but also gives durability and scale to the development process over time.

With this in mind, KR together with Yellowseed are offering a one-day, practical workshop – where you will have the opportunity to get a foundational certification in the Enneagram and become an Enneagram certified! Learn how one deals with problems, positive and negative feelings, procedures, routines, and pace. The Enneagram, background, tools, and techniques that you will learn from this certification can be applied to individual coaching, team performance, and L&D.  You will get access to leading technology from Cloverleaf and training on how to apply Enneagram concepts to any business problem.

Our program is perfect for anyone interested in becoming Enneagram certified. Additionally, the Enneagram certification course is one of the few offerings that teach you the Enneagram from a business perspective.
